UniTeeHub Return & Refund Policy

At UniTeeHub, every product is made-to-order with care and creativity, just for you. Since our items are printed on demand, we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless there’s an issue with the order. But don’t worry, if something’s wrong, we’ll make it right.


When You Can Request a Return or Refund

We’ll replace or refund your order if:

  • Your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You receive the wrong size, color, or design due to a production mistake.

  • Your order doesn’t arrive within the expected delivery window (30 days for the USA/UK/Canada, 45 days elsewhere).

To help us verify the issue quickly, please email support@uniteehub.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A short unboxing video or clear photos showing the issue

  • A brief description of what went wrong

Once confirmed, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


When Returns Aren’t Possible

We can’t offer free replacements or refunds if:

  • You ordered the wrong size, color, or design by mistake

  • The shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete

  • You simply changed your mind after the product was printed or shipped

Since our products are custom-made, we don’t accept physical returns. Every replacement or refund is handled digitally; no need to ship anything back.


Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, before printing starts. After that, the process moves too quickly to make changes.


Missing Orders

If your package doesn’t arrive on time, reach out to us. We’ll track it and, if confirmed lost, send a replacement at no extra cost.


Fair Use & Brand Protection

To keep things fair for everyone:

  • UniTeeHub reserves the right to deny refund or replacement requests that don’t meet the above conditions.

  • We rely on photo/video evidence to process claims, this ensures transparency for both you and us.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is our fault.

  • We monitor repeated refund or replacement requests to prevent misuse and ensure genuine support.
