Our Products & Orders

Every UniTeeHub product is made-to-order just for you. That means each item is printed after you place your order — reducing waste and keeping things eco-friendly.

Please double-check your order details (size, color, address) before confirming. Since our products are custom-made, changes can’t be made once printing begins.

Small color variations may occur due to screen differences — that’s totally normal and part of what makes each product unique.

Payments & Billing

We accept major debit/credit cards and secure online payment methods. Once your order is placed and payment is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

All prices are shown in your selected currency and include taxes where applicable. We do not store or have access to your payment information — it’s handled securely by our payment providers.

Shipping & Delivery

We work with trusted printing and delivery partners to bring your orders to life. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but you’ll get a tracking link once your order is on its way.

Delays can occasionally happen (customs, holidays, or courier issues), but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you wear. Since every item is made-to-order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, as long as printing hasn’t started yet. Once production begins, we can’t make changes or cancel the order.

Intellectual Property

All UniTeeHub designs, logos, graphics, and content are our creative property. Feel free to share your purchases and spread the love, but please don’t copy, resell, or reproduce any of our content or designs without permission.

Fair Use & Community Guidelines

We love creativity and self-expression, but we also value respect. By using our site, you agree not to:
