At UniTeeHub, every product is made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before shipment.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• USA & Canada: 5–12 business days

• UK & Europe: 7–15 business days

• Rest of World: 10–20 business days

You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships. Delivery times may vary due to customs, holidays, or courier delays.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days (USA/Canada/UK) or 45 days (International), email us at support@uniteehub.shop and we’ll look into it.

Damaged or incorrect items? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or an unboxing video, and we’ll arrange a replacement.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is on our end. Incorrect addresses provided during checkout are not covered.
